FAQ

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes I do! $50 nonrefundable retainer payment is due at the time of booking, along with a signed contract. Spots are not fully reserved until both the contract and payment have been received. Your remaining balance is due three days prior to your session. For your convenience, all payments are made electronically via Usesession.

How many images will I receive?

Each gallery comes with 8 high-resolution digital photos. There is a option to save $50 when you pre-purchase the entire gallery at booking. An entire gallery comes with 25+ images.

When will I receive my images?

In approximately one week of your Christmas session, you'll receive proofs via email. You'll then be able to select your top 8 photos. Once selected, the final gallery will be delivered approximately two weeks after session date. You may also choose to purchase the entire gallery (20+ photos). Your final gallery will be delivered to you via email. You will have full rights to the photos, so you may print, post and distribute them however you would like.

How many family members are allow to participate in the session?

Up to 6 family members are included in the standard investment of the session. Each additional family member is $25. Families with more than 8 individuals will need to reserve two time slots if you wish to do a variety of group combinations and give each person one-on-one time with Santa.

What if my child is afraid of Santa?

If this happens, don't worry at all! I always begin the session by doing just family photos first, without Santa. That way, if your child reacts in fear, you still have great family photos! Also, Santa is wonderful and very calm with the children. Most children do great after a few minutes, and we have parents join the photos too for additional comfort. And yes- if your child cries, I will still deliver those photos to you to have for the memories!
