FAQ
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes I do! $100 nonrefundable retainer payment is due at the time of booking, along with a signed contract. Spots are not fully reserved until both the contract and payment have been received. Your remaining balance is due one week prior to your session. For your convenience, all payments are made electronically via Usesession.
How many images will I receive?
Each gallery includes your choice of 8 high-resolution digital images. Depending on the Santa Experience you choose, you can save $75–$150 when you pre-purchase the entire gallery at the time of booking.
A full gallery typically includes approximately 30 images.
When will I receive my images?
For families who choose the Santa Signature Package, you’ll receive your proof gallery via email approximately one week after your session. From there, you’ll select your 8 favorite images. Once your selections are made, your fully edited final gallery will be delivered approximately two weeks after your session date, give or take a few days.
Families who choose Santa’s Ultimate Experience, which includes the full gallery of approximately 30 images, can expect to receive their fully edited gallery approximately two weeks after the session date, give or take a few days.
All final galleries are delivered digitally via email and include full printing rights, so you’re welcome to print, share, and enjoy your images however you’d like.
How many family members are allow to participate in the session?
Up to 6 family members are included in the standard investment of the session. Each additional family member is $25. Families with more than 8 individuals will need to reserve two time slots if you wish to do a variety of group combinations and give each person one-on-one time with Santa.
What if my child is afraid of Santa?
If this happens, don't worry at all! I always begin the session by doing just family photos first, without Santa. That way, if your child reacts in fear, you still have great family photos! Also, Santa is wonderful and very calm with the children. Most children do great after a few minutes, and we have parents join the photos too for additional comfort. And yes- if your child cries, I will still deliver those photos to you to have for the memories!
Do you help with styling?
I'm happy to assist with styling to help you prepare for your photo session! Outfit planning can feel daunting at times, so please feel free to reach out with any advice and tips!
